Palms Insurance, a NextEra Energy company, is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to own Palms’ data processes, applications, and the Data Engineering team. The role supports internal and external platforms including the Palms Data Warehouse, Power BI reporting, and the Bordereaux imports.

The candidate will lead a high-energy team to solve large-scale data issues, drive improvements, and influence product roadmaps. Strong communication to non-technical audiences is required.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Product Services Engineers including managing workflow, setting goals, and assessing performance.
• Drive resolution of complex production issues and communicate technical issues to customers.
