Job summary

PALMS Insurance, a NextEra Energy company, is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to own Palms’ Data Processes, Data applications and Data Engineering team. You will support internal and external platforms including Palms Data Warehouse, Power BI Dashboard Reporting, ad-hoc data reporting, and Bordereaux (BDX) import systems.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to manage large-scale projects, communicate with non-technical customers, and drive production issue resolution in

Qualifications

• High School Grad or GED is required.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience is required.
• 8+ years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Product Services Engineers by managing workflow, setting goals and assessing performance.
• Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to drive multiple projects and improvements.
• Drive resolution of complex production issues, including escalation, testing, and knowledge sharing.
