NextEra Energy is seeking a senior leader to drive the technical delivery and evolution of enterprise data products within the Enterprise Data Office. This role leads Technical Leads and Software/Data Engineers, solving complex data challenges and delivering scalable data products across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate blends strong data engineering and software engineering with hands-on ability, guiding teams from business needs to production solutions and driving Databricks/Redshift

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• 8+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery and evolution of enterprise data products.
• Provide leadership to Technical Leads and Software/Data Engineers.
• Drive development across Databricks and Redshift; prepare for GCP and Microsoft Fabric.
• Partner with Product Management, Data Science, and Platform teams to evolve data products.
