Job summary

EY seeks a Data Engineering Manager to lead delivery of AI and analytics solutions within the Products and Platforms Practice. You will design scalable data architectures, collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical work with business goals.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure production-ready code with versioning and testing. Travel may be required to serve client needs across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions with Python, R and SQL; data pipelines, streaming architectures, big data ecosystems.
• Cloud computing architecture and data integration and security fundamentals.
• Software engineering practices, data quality, and building scalable data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality in all processes.
• Engage with clients daily, participate in working sessions, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Plan resources and budgets while managing engagement economics.
