Job summary

EY is seeking a data/AI leader to design and build AI and analytics solutions that deliver significant business value. You will collaborate with data professionals, management, and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements align with business needs and guide scalable data architectures across the data lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage engagement economics, and travel as needed to deliver outcomes for clients in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
• Engaging with clients daily, participating in working sessions and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
