This is a fully remote role, but candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Montana, or Wisconsin.
The Data Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in operationalizing and advancing data and analytics for CareOregon’s clinical initiatives. Responsibilities include managing a team focused on building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance and security, and monitoring data integrity within the division.
Deep knowledge of SQL, data analysis, emerging data technologies, and healthcare concepts. Strong skills in designing and managing data pipelines, working with large datasets, communicating effectively, and leading teams. Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and continuously learn.
Remote work from home, occasional outside hours, with potential travel. No direct patient interaction.
