• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 8+ years building cloud-based data pipelines in a large organization; 2+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate, and use office systems effectively.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and coach engineering talent to build high-performing teams.
• Guide architectures and strategies with enterprise frameworks.
• Cultivate a product-focused engineering culture grounded in Agile.
• Define priorities and delivery approaches across data engineering areas.
• Oversee data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and enterprise guidelines.
