You will guide data platform strategy, oversee Snowflake operations, and shape data governance while mentoring a team of engineers and analysts. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with executive stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, optimized pipelines, and reliable reporting, aligning with regulatory and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering and data warehouse operations.
• 3+ years providing technical leadership and mentorship for data teams.
• 5+ years designing and optimizing data pipelines, ingestion, and data quality.
• 5+ years with SQL, data modeling, data mapping, and data reconciliation.
• 3+ years administering Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and Azure ESB integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts.
• Provide strategic oversight for data platforms, pipelines, and governance.
• Define standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Translate product roadmap into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee BI/Analytics workflows, reporting modernization, and data sourcing.
• Collaborate with leadership on KPIs and performance outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships and project roadmaps.
