Job summary

PHM, a leading health media agency in the US, seeks an Associate Director of Data Enablement to support data governance initiatives and BI/dashboard development. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data collection, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in data analytics or governance, strong SQL, and media data experience, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau and Datorama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Data Analytics)
• Strong SQL and data analytics skills
• 5–8 years of data/analytics consulting or data governance experience
• Experience with media data and media channel activation
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
• Data visualization tools such as Datorama/MCI, Tableau experience
• PM, time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Healthcare/pharma life sciences experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across PHM.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate data collection and delivery.
• Support QA measures to ensure data flows into PHM platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to teams and partners.
• Work across PHM client base including HCP and DTC data projects, taxonomy, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with BI/Tech and Data teams to maintain data model flows and dashboard availability
