Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Data Engineering Lead to design, govern, and operate enterprise data platforms and pipelines. You will lead a team delivering scalable, secure data solutions for BI, AI, and analytics, partnering with product management, cloud operations, and security to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will establish data standards, modernize architectures, and implement cloud-native approaches while ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise data engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms utilizing cloud technologies and modern data architectures.
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Data Integration specialists.
• Implement enterprise data governance practices and data quality frameworks.
