Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Data Engineer Lead to guide the design, development, and modernization of enterprise data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and cloud-native data solutions. You will act as the technical leader, provide architecture guidance, mentor engineers, and drive scalable, secure data solutions supporting mission-critical business and analytics needs.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of data engineering or related technical disciplines.
- Experience leading technical teams and complex data engineering initiatives.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern data platforms and analytics solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Define technical architecture, standards, and best practices for data integration, storage, processing, and governance.
- Architect ETL/ELT workflows, data lakehouses, and enterprise data platforms.
- Mentor data engineers and drive engineering excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders on roadmaps.
