Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in Plano, TX to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data solutions. You will bridge architectural vision and engineering delivery, building scalable warehouses and robust BI/analytics with Microsoft Azure technologies.

You will establish data quality, observability, security, and production-readiness standards while driving AI enablement and analytics capabilities across the data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on data engineering and architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on technical manager, designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise data solutions.
• Lead enterprise data architecture and technical design across Microsoft Fabric, data platforms, integration, modeling, security, and analytics.
• Develop and review SQL, T-SQL, Python, PySpark, dbt, data pipelines, Data Vault models, dimensional models, and Microsoft Fabric solutions.
• Lead by example through hands-on development and technical problem solving for complex, high-impact solutions.
• Serve as the technical authority for enterprise data architecture and Microsoft Fabric, establishing target architecture, design patterns, and guardrails.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews ensuring scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
