This team is responsible for advancing Mastercard's data science capabilities across Commerce Media and Offers, translating data, analytics, and AI into scalable products and measurable business impact. For Mastercard Commerce Media, we develop audience, targeting, and measurement solutions that enable advertisers to reach consumers more effectively while adhering to Mastercard's privacy standards. For Offers, we drive optimization and personalization through rigorous experimentation, measurement, and modeling to improve offer relevance and incrementality. Beyond individual initiatives, the team helps shape product strategy by identifying new data assets, modeling opportunities, and long-term capabilities that support Mastercard's growth agenda.
Base Salary: $35-46/hr

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job‐related knowledge, skills, and experience.
