  • Experience leading projects, teams, student organizations, or academic initiatives with strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Interest in cybersecurity intelligence, threat intelligence, cyber investigations, risk analysis, or related intelligence-focused disciplines.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging cyber threats, security trends, and intelligence-driven security practices.

About the team:

The Global Fusion Center, based in the St. Louis Tech Hub, brings together teams and perspectives from across the company to help Mastercard better understand and prepare for emerging challenges. The team connects colleagues working across cyber, fraud, geopolitical risk, and enterprise resilience, helping them share information, align efforts, and support informed decision-making. Through research, briefings, exercises, and cross-functional projects, the Fusion Center strengthens collaboration and helps build a more resilient organization.

What we’re looking for:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028

  • This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship. Base Salary: $25-30/hr

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
