Job summary

You’ll work with data engineers, data scientists and BI developers to turn raw data from marketing, media, leasing, and operations into clean, trusted datasets used by decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, IS, CS, AI, or statistics.
• Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions).
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Looker through coursework or projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and curious.
• Willingness to learn and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources.
• Propose and document data models in Fabric and Snowflake.
• Profile source data to identify discrepancies and improve quality.
• Collaborate with analysts to turn business questions into datasets.
• Develop and refine dashboards in Power BI.
• Present summer project findings to Data & Analytics team.
