Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, Business or Finance.
• 10+ years consulting or enterprise transformation experience.
• Experience leading a consulting practice or major capability area.
• Deep expertise in modern data architecture and engineering, cloud platforms, governance, and AI-ready data foundations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and growth plan for the Data Engineering and Architecture practice.
• Develop scalable service offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and delivery frameworks across data and AI foundations.
• Build the operating model, talent strategy, and partnerships to enable sustainable growth.
• Lead business development, including opportunity qualification, solution design, and proposals.
