Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Data Engineering & Architecture Practice Lead to define and drive the vision for a growing data practice. You will shape offerings, lead delivery, and build a strong team, aligning with Clearsaulting’s core values and client needs.

The role emphasizes enterprise data platforms, AI foundations, and collaboration across advisory, CFO, AI, and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business or Finance required.
• 10+ years in consulting, data, architecture, or transformation.
• Experience leading a consulting practice or major capability.
• Deep expertise in modern data architecture and cloud platforms.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and growth plan for Clearsulting's Data Engineering and Architecture practice.
• Develop scalable service offerings, accelerators and delivery frameworks spanning data, cloud, architecture and AI foundations.
• Lead client delivery across data strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, cloud modernization and AI enablement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data architects and engineering leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional practice leaders to create integrated client solutions.
