Job summary

Trystar, LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance. You will build data pipelines, semantic models, and self-service analytics across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.

The role demands 8+ years in data management, 3+ years of leadership, and hands-on mastery of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, PySpark, and DAX to scale a high-growth data organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise data management, governance, architecture, analytics.
• 3+ years of people leadership, managing FTEs and contractors.
• Hands-on with medallion architecture using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI).
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience writing SQL, PySpark, and DAX.
• Proven ability to scale data teams in fast-growth environments.
• Excellent communication to influence senior leaders.
