Job summary

Square Peg Technologies is seeking an experienced pipeline-centric data engineer to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for customers. The role emphasizes building automated pipelines across diverse data types and datasets to support analytics and ML initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Python, SQL, and data visualization experience, plus familiarity with AWS RedShift/RDS, and strong collaboration with data science and BI teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines for research, reporting or ML.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; able to develop and optimize queries.
• Experience with data visualization/exploration tools.
• Experience building or maintaining ETL processes.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities
