Genpact is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its Data Engineering team in San Antonio/Plano. You will work with Snowflake, DataStage, Python, and Kafka to drive AI/ML scalability and analytics adoption across enterprise data platforms.

Collaborate with business leaders and product teams; guide end-to-end solution development and IT implementation; participate in governance and security practices while promoting ethical AI.

Location: San Antonio TX / Plano TX (5 days onsite in week)

Senior Data Engineer supporting client's Data Engineering team with Snowflake, DataStage, Python, and Kafka. Drives AI/ML scalability, advanced analytics adoption, and enterprise data engineering strategy.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
