Job summary

Cloud Brite Systems India Private Limited is hiring a Data Engineer to design and operate multi-source ingestion pipelines into Snowflake, and to develop Snowpark transformations in Python and SQL. This is the highest-volume build track across Build and Scale phases.

You'll own data integration from on-premise to cloud, implement data quality checks, and collaborate with data scientists and visualization engineers to produce clean, governed data for analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in CS/engineering.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience with Python and SQL.
• Production experience with Snowflake; SnowPro Core certification preferred.
• Experience with dbt and ELT/ETL pipeline design.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate multi-source ingestion pipelines to consolidate data into Snowflake.
• Develop Snowpark-based Python and SQL transformations following design standards.
• Onboard new data sources identified in the data inventory across Build/Scale.
• Implement data quality checks and resolve pipeline issues.
• Support data scientists and visualization engineers with clean, governed data.
• Participate in two-week sprints and contribute to risk management.
• Experience with AWS and S3 stages and secure data movement.
• Understand MuleSoft data consumption and integration architectures.

Job Description

Data Engineers buildand operate the multi-source ingestion pipelines that consolidate client'son-premise and cloud data into the governed Snowflake environment, and developSnowpark transformation workloads in Python and SQL. This is the highest-volumebuild track in the engagement, spanning the Foundation, Build, and Scale phases.

Responsibilities

• Buildand maintain ingestion pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams and Tasks, and dbtwithout degrading data freshness or load windows.
• DevelopSnowpark-based Python and SQL transformation workloads under the DatabaseArchitect's design standards.
• Onboardnew source systems identified in the Data Source Inventory throughout the Buildand Scale phases.
• Implementdata quality checks and resolve pipeline issues identified during sprintreviews.
• Supportthe Data Scientist and Data Visualization Engineer with clean, governed,analysis-ready data sets.
• Participatein two-week sprint ceremonies and contribute to sprint reporting and the riskregister.
• Experiencewith S3 External Stages and secure AWS-to-Snowflake data movement.
• Knowledgeof AWS KMS encryption and high-volume Snowflake ingestion patterns.
• Understandingof MuleSoft data consumption and integration architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
