Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
• OR a master’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience
• OR an associate’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• OR a high school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, test, and maintain scalable data architectures and processing systems.
• Develop and optimize automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and analysts to define data interoperability standards.
• Conduct performance tuning, data validation, and troubleshooting across complex database environments.
• Maintain data baselines, configuration management controls, and comprehensive documentation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reliability, quality, and scalability.
