Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Data Engineer to expand, optimize and monitor our data and data pipeline architecture across teams.

You will support software engineers, DBAs and analysts on data initiatives and ensure data delivery remains scalable and reliable for product and performance metrics. This role emphasizes building pipelines, automating processes and deploying ETL solutions such as SSIS, with a focus on data quality and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Experience in the development of SSIS, ETL and other standardized data management tools.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
