Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Data Engineer to provide production support for critical data pipelines and AI initiatives. You will ensure stability, performance, and data quality across ingestion, processing, and UI/UX touchpoints.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, rapid issue resolution, and documenting solutions for the knowledge base. Some involvement with GenAI/AI/ML tools is a plus, and there may be opportunities for contract-to-hire.

Qualifications

• Experience building robust ETLs and validating data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to communicate with business and technology teams.
• Highly collaborative and coachable.
• Able to pivot when needed.
• Experience with data platforms or UI/UX troubleshooting is a plus.
• Exposure to GenAI or AI/ML tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team chats and ticketing systems to address issues in real-time.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, UI/UX changes, and data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Campaign Lifecycle Management, Customer Success, Officer Support, and data teams.
• Document issues and solutions for knowledge base.
• Support AI Agent Foundry initiatives when bandwidth allows.
