CVS Health is seeking a Data Engineer for the People Analytics team to design data warehouse models, build pipelines, and enable analytics for HR data in cloud environments.

The role involves leading data engineering efforts, mentoring teammates, ensuring governance and security, and collaborating with HR, IT and business units to deliver scalable insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes for HR data.
• Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy and availability.
• Oversee a team of data engineers and ensure best practices.
• Structure data for analysis and enable reproducible workflows in Python/R.
• Ensure data governance and security compliance for HR data.
• Partner with HR leaders, IT, and analytics teams to deliver insights.
