• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Experience implementing ETL processes and building data pipelines.
• Strong skills in ensuring data quality.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Familiarity with manipulation of unstructured data in a data analytics environment, and the use of open‑source tools, cloud computing, machine learning and data visualization.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to the Santa Barbara area.
