Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Alteryx workflow development. This role will support our data analytics and finance teams by building robust, scalable data pipelines and automating data processes using Alteryx.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Create and optimize Alteryx workflows for data transformation, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts and finance teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and performance tuning for existing workflows and queries.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience with SQL.
• Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in Alteryx Designer, with experience in building complex workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Overall, 3-5 years of experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Consulting background, good understanding of finance processes
• We're looking for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of data engineering and business analytics.

Education:

• A bachelors degree in Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering or related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, systems thinking, and technology- driven problem solving, with the ability to apply analytical and engineering principles to business or technical challenges.

Pay range is around $48 - $53 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
