Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Data Engineer II to design, develop, and operate large-scale analytics data structures within a cloud-based data lake environment. You will implement real-time and batch ingestion, align datasets to business questions, and collaborate with business owners across the organization.

You will work on end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging AWS tools, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring data assets are well-documented and scalable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and translate into datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate large-scale data structures for analytics and deep learning.
• Implement real-time and batch data ingestion using AWS technologies and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable data pipelines and datasets.
