Job summary

AAA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to build and optimize data pipelines, manage data quality, and support BI and digital marketing initiatives.

You will work with SQL Server, Snowflake, and BI tools to ensure reliable data for analytics and decision making. You will design ETL processes, validate data from multiple sources, and troubleshoot data integration issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in data engineering, data integration, BI, or related fields.
• Strong experience with ETL development, data integration, and data quality processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting BI and digital marketing applications.
• Proficiency with BI and digital marketing platforms such as Hive, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Redpoint, Informatica, or similar technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including DDL and DML operations.
• Experience using cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and migrating data from legacy systems is highly desired.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to relational databases and data integration processes.
• Experience using workflow automation tools.
• Ability to analyze, configure, integrate, and support complex data-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and support data engineering solutions using ETL technologies, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Load, manage, validate, and QA data from AAA clubs and third-party sources.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines that support the data warehouse environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize BI and digital marketing applications for data accuracy and performance.

Compensation

Hiring Range: $90,000 - $115,000

This position is also eligible for participation in AAA, Inc.'s Annual Incentive Plan.
