Job summary

Prysm Health is seeking a data infrastructure professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, process, and store clinical data from multiple sources. You will develop data models and schemas to support efficient querying and reporting while ensuring data quality and consistency across EHRs, labs, and healthcare apps.

• Familiar with healthcare data standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA.
• Experience with CMS submissions (iQIES, PBJ) or a claims clearinghouse.

• Integrate data from various sources, including EHRs, lab systems, and other healthcare applications, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Who you are:

• Experienced in both building data infrastructure and using it to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong in TypeScript or Python with a willingness to work in TypeScript, plus SQL.
• Treat dropped or duplicated records as incidents, not rounding errors.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA.
• Experience with CMS submissions (iQIES, PBJ) or a claims clearinghouse.
