Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Data Engineer for the Starlink Enterprise team to improve data quality and build integrations that turn cleaner data into better decisions and faster execution. You will partner with Enterprise sales, channel and reseller ops, and enablement to fix inputs and ship automations that make GTM workflows reliable.

You will develop MCP servers and interfaces that connect AI assistants to internal and external systems, with a focus on secure data access and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (computer science, data science, physics, mathematics).
• 1+ years of professional data engineering or software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of development experience in Python or another modern language (SQL, etc.).
• Experience with CRM data quality, AI agents, and data integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs and data warehousing concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Improve data hygiene and quality across go-to-market systems; validate, enrich, and remediate data.
• Raise quality of inputs to AI agents and analytics for accurate outputs.
• Build integrations across internal tools and external systems to streamline data flow.
• Develop MCP servers and interfaces that connect AI assistants to business systems.
• Design, ship, and iterate AI agents powering go-to-market workflows.
• Instrument data quality and agent performance with monitoring and feedback loops.
