Job summary

Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a Data Engineer to join the Strategy & Analytics team in El Segundo. You will design and maintain data pipelines, build a scalable enterprise data platform, and contribute to AI initiatives leveraging LLMs to support sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Understanding of data engineering fundamentals: relational databases, data modeling, ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets for analysis and operations.
• Evolve the enterprise data platform for reliability, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical data solutions.
• Assist in AI-powered applications using LLMs to support sales, marketing, and operations.
• Integrate internal data sources with AI services and APIs to automate workflows.
• Monitor data quality, performance, and governance across the platform.
