Job summary

Quento Technologies ищет старшего инженера по данным (ETL) для разработки и поддержки конвейеров ETL/ELT и миграций в облако. Ваша задача — проектировать, реализовывать и оптимизировать пайплайны данных на Python и SQL, сотрудничать с архитекторами и бизнес-интересами.

Роль офф-си на условиях B2B, с фокусом на Azure и современную инфраструктуру данных. Требуется опыт перемещений с SAS/локальных систем в облако и соблюдение регуляторных требований.

Qualifications

• Бакалавр в области Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics или смежной области.
• Минимум 6 лет опыта в управлении данными и разработке ПО.
• Сильные навыки разработки ПО/данных, высокий уровень Python для ETL/ELT.
• Хорошие знания SQL и реляционных баз.
• Опыт миграции систем к облачным платформам (Azure приветствуется).

Responsibilities

• Миграция устаревших систем сбора данных и баз к современным облачным платформам.
• Проектирование, разработка и поддержка ETL/ELT пайплайнов.
• Разработка Python-скриптов для извлечения, проверки, преобразования и миграции данных.
• Участие в модернизации SAS-обработки и SAS-процессов.
• Сотрудничество с участниками бизнеса, архитекторами и специалистами.
• Документация и продвижение лучших практик.
• Соблюдение регуляторных требований (Анти‑взятки/Коррупции) и политики Group.

Задачи:

• Support the migration of legacy data collection and database systems to modern cloud-based data management platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT and data integration solutions
• Develop and optimise Python-based scripts for data extraction, validation, transformation, and migration
• Support the modernization of existing SAS-based data processing and reporting workflows
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into unified and reusable datasets and databases
• Design and optimise database structures supporting analytical and operational workloads
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities for new and existing solutions
• Support deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of data pipelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and platform specialists
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of professional practice, following completion of university studies, in data management and software development
• Strong background in software development and/or data engineering
• Advanced Python programming skills, including the design and implementation of ETL/ELT solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Hands‑on involvement in database management and data integration activities
• Proven ability to develop data validation, transformation, and migration solutions
• Demonstrated contribution to migration initiatives from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
• Advantageous: Knowledge of PySpark, Apache Spark, and Databricks
• Familiarity with Azure data services and cloud‑based data platforms
• Knowledge of the SAS programming language and SAS-based data processing environments, including modernization or migration of SAS workloads to Azure-based platforms
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to international, multicultural, or regulated environments
