Job summary

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Dynamics 365 and Power BI Developer to join our ICT team. You will design, develop, test and deploy solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI for global clients.

Responsibilities include setting up environments, managing DevOps pipelines, configuring permissions, creating designs, coding, testing, and documentation to ensure security and branding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse customization and extensibility.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong expertise in Power BI report development and platform management.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical issues, implement new requirements, and deliver fully functional solutions on the Power Platform stack.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications built on Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop source code, scripts, and deployment procedures for business processes.
• Package and deliver work items for development, testing, and acceptance environments.
• Perform unit testing and resolve defects; support UAT with test cases.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure UI/UX aligns with branding standards.
• Align data sets with taxonomy and reporting structures; enhance Power BI reports.
• Provide strategic Power BI guidance on platform structure, security, and monitoring.

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 and Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling technical issues, implementing new requirements, and delivering fully functional solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role involves design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for applications built on Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Set up and maintain a working development environment;
• Plan, manage, and report on all development activities using DevOps tools (pipelines, boards, user stories, artifacts);
• Configure policies and permissions for users and groups within Microsoft platforms;
• Conduct agile ceremonies and follow best practices for iterative delivery;
• Create detailed functional and technical designs;
• Build and configure technical solutions, including data migration tasks;
• Develop source code, scripts, and deployment procedures for business processes;
• Package and deliver work items for development, testing, and acceptance environments;
• Perform unit testing and resolve defects promptly;
• Support UAT by writing test cases and ensuring quality deliverables;
• Deploy solutions into designated environments and maintain them post-release;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for all initiatives;
• Ensure UI/UX consistency with organizational branding and design standards;
• Align data sets with established taxonomy and reporting structures;
• Enhance and create new reports using Power BI, ensuring consistency and accuracy;
• Provide strategic advice on Power BI platform structure, security, accessibility, and monitoring;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse customization and extensibility, including C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, form scripting, custom APIs, integrations, and solution lifecycle management (ALM);
• Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse);
• Strong expertise in Power BI report development and platform management;
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies;
• Proficiency in designing and implementing technical solutions, including data migration;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage incidents and change requests;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
