Job Title: Data Engineer (Entry Level)

Location: Boston, MA

Overview:

Quintrix is on the lookout for developers who are open to upskill to the exciting world of Data Engineering. This opportunity is for our clients, a top tier insurance company. Once you are selected for the opportunity, you will undergo 2/3 weeks (15 hrs./week) of pre-employment online training that will be conducted after business hours. Candidates selected for the Data Engineer opportunity will be paid a stipend of $500 on completion of the training.

Prerequisite:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Working knowledge of Python & Pyspark.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of Libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc. is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Candidates should be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates should not require any sponsorship for employment visa status, now, or in the future.
• Candidates should be willing to work out of Boston.

Selection Process:

• Technical interview by Quintrix and online assessment
• Client Interview

Training:

• 2/3 weeks of pre-employment training during onboarding.
• Stipend - $500.
