Job summary

Nebraska Public Power District is seeking an IT teammate to fill a role spanning data engineering, DBA, and reporting analytics. You will design, build, and support data pipelines, databases, and analytics platforms powering the district’s core processes across SAP and Microsoft ecosystems.

The position requires robust knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and reporting tools, with collaboration across business units and vendors. On-call support and remote work may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated IT experience through academic or professional work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes across SAP and Microsoft platforms.
• Build and support data warehouses, models, views, and complex queries.
• Support reporting and analytics using SAP SAC, PowerBI, and SQL Server.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with vendors and business units.
