Job summary

Double E Group in West Bridgewater, MA is hiring a Data Engineer to own the data lake and drive ongoing data integrity improvements. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models connecting finance, sales, operations, and more.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of data engineering or BI experience, hands-on with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server, and can translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Hybrid work with ~20% on-site presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, analytics engineering, or similar.
Experience building ETL pipelines, data integrations, and automated workflows.
Experience using Microsoft data tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Synapse, SQL Server.
Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, or other systems.
Disciplined with data governance, management, and cataloging.
Ability to translate business processes into scalable data solutions.
Strong data storytelling skills to present insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build scalable ETL pipelines for accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Take over and own the Azure SQL environment.
Maintain and expand the Power BI reporting suite.
Define data definitions and ensure consistency across systems.
Consolidate ERP data across multiple offices including international sites.
Improve data quality, governance, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure, reliable data solutions.
Continuously modernize data infrastructure to support growth.
Work on-site ~20% at West Bridgewater HQ or other locations.
