Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build data pipelines across lab systems, process engineering, and manufacturing execution, integrating IT and OT sources into a cloud Lakehouse spanning AWS and Azure for analytics-ready products.

You will ensure data integrity in a GMP-regulated environment, collaborate with Data Scientists and Operations, and contribute to governance, traceability, and scalable data solutions that support quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science, or engineering.
• 5+ years in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
• Experience in GMP/CM&C, Discovery R&D, or Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines across lab, process, and manufacturing systems.
• Integrate IT and OT sources with cloud data lakehouse architecture (AWS/Azure).
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within GMP-regulated environments.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Scientists, and business partners.
