Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Data Engineer (CDP Specialist) to scale our Customer Data Platform globally, supporting Marketing Automation across Pharma and Animal Health units.

You’ll build data pipelines, collaborate with partners, and drive innovative, compliant solutions while growing a robust data platform for enterprise campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL and analytical SQL functions knowledge.
• Experience with Python scripting, Pandas & Dig Dag scripting.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and software development lifecycle in a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in incident management and test automation, preferably in a data platform context.
• Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP and/or Data Cloud platform is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship development capabilities.
• Bachelor and/or Master degree or equivalent.
• Progressive IT and business experience of 5-10 years preferred.
• 2-5 years Data Engineering experience in big data solutions.

Job Description: Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Data Engineer (CDP Specialist) that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. We're currently seeking a talented Data Engineer to join a newly formed Product Team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to scale up and globally rollout our Customer Data Platform (CDP), a key solution used for Marketing Automation in both our Human Pharma and Animal Health business units. Your Role and Impact as a Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in both the Development and Operations of our CDP platform. You'll ensure high-quality deliverables and leverage state-of-the-art technologies to keep the platform running stable and compliant. Your work will directly impact our ability to enhance the platform based on business requirements.

What You'll Do?
