Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Data Engineer (CDP Specialist) to join a new Product Team and help scale and roll out our Customer Data Platform for Marketing Automation across Human Pharma and Animal Health units. You will work on development and operations to ensure high-quality, compliant data delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners, manage data infrastructure, and leverage modern tools to resolve issues and advance platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master degree or equivalent Progressive IT and business experience
• 5–10 years IT and business experience preferred
• 2–5 years Data Engineering experience in big data solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate the CDP platform
• Scale up and globally rollout the CDP for Marketing Automation
• Manage data infrastructure and pipelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners
• Influence scope and drive technology-enabled solutions
