Job summary

EAB is hiring a Data Integration Specialist to develop and deploy data services, BI tools, and data pipelines across client IT systems. You will collaborate with project and product teams to implement data configurations and manage milestones throughout implementations.

This role may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C., and requires up to 15% domestic travel. The position emphasizes data extraction, transformation, and strong stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' experience extracting data from varied platforms with mapping and loading to target systems.
• Client facing experience implementing software solutions.
• Fluency in SQL skills.
• Experience managing multiple clients/projects/stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project ownership including communication, risk management and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate ideas and obtain buy-in.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and deploy data extraction procedures with partners.
• Develop recommendations for data integration methodologies for internal leadership.
• Anticipate and overcome barriers to timely Data Integration Services projects.
• Coordinate with internal/external project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Capture findings through product integration exercises for EAB data integration.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical staff at client institutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to advance business goals.
