Symmetrio is seeking a Data Engineer in Denver, CO, to design and maintain scalable data solutions for healthcare tech. You will work with Azure SQL, SQL Server, and ETL/ELT pipelines, coordinating with DBA and API teams to ensure reliable data flows and governance.

The role emphasizes data modeling, data quality, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver analytics, dashboards, and BI insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure SQL and SQL Server in a healthcare or regulated setting.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline development and data integration.
• Knowledge of data modeling, schemas, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across Azure SQL and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with API/Services team to enable data exchange and integration.
• Partner with DBA to optimize database schemas and data models.
• Establish data quality, validation, and integrity controls.
• Translate business needs into reliable data solutions and documentation.
• Support analytics, Power BI dashboards, and BI initiatives.
