We are seeking an experienced data enthusiast with a strong technical data engineering background who is eager to learn new tools and techniques and work on diverse customer projects across various industries.

What will you do:

• Design, build, test, and maintain data architectures.
• Develop data pipeline solutions using tools like Alteryx, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, etc.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (architects, consultants, project managers, etc.).
• Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• Identify tasks suitable for automation using data.
• Enhance data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions, trainings, webinars, or tech sessions.
• Learn new tools and data manipulation techniques and obtain relevant certifications.

What do we expect:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with IT and business teams, as well as stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Fluent in English and Czech at a professional level.
• Hands-on approach and proactivity.
• Desire to deliver high-quality work and meet client needs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience deploying solutions in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Ggplot2, etc., is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or Airflow is a plus.
• Overall business intelligence knowledge.
• Experience with ETL tools/processes or visualization tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to self-study and acquire new skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
