Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in data-related roles.
• Preference for studies in Computer and Information Science, Economics or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with data visualization tools like QlikView and Spotfire is a plus.
• Experience building BI solutions with Oracle BI.
• Knowledge of data architecture development and management.
• Understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven solutions to optimize business performance (data engineering, ETL).
• Leverage advanced analytics to provide strategic insights for clients (SQL optimization).
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support data collection and analysis (DataStage).
• Utilize BI tools such as Oracle BI and QlikView to create reports and dashboards (DB2, SQL Server).
• Collaborate with team members to analyze data from various sources to identify patterns.
• Apply data architecture development to design and maintain robust DBMS (snowflake models).
• Engage in continuous process improvement to enhance data quality and integrity.
• Support client engagement by listening to diverse perspectives and needs (regulated environments).
• Participate in developing business cases and market strategies through data analysis.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks (job scheduling, UNIX).
