Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Data Engineer / Analytics Developer to design and automate data pipelines, transforming complex datasets with Python and SQL. You will also build web interfaces with Next.js and Prisma, integrating LLMs, and lead visualization work in Tableau and Power BI.

You will own end-to-end delivery from data ingestion to production deployment, ensuring robust data flows across enterprise SaaS platforms and real-time analytics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and SQL with data modeling and ETL experience.
• Hands-on web development with Next.js and Prisma; experience integrating LLMs.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and building automated ETL workflows.
• Tableau and Power BI dashboard development and visual analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy automated data pipelines to ingest, transform, and clean complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain web applications and interfaces with AI model integration.
• Integrate diverse platforms for enterprise SaaS projects to ensure seamless data flow.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau and Power BI with real-time performance tracking.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle: testing, cutover, deployment, and post-launch troubleshooting.
