Sayari is seeking a Data Engineer to power a world model by building scalable ETL pipelines and graph-based data orchestration. You will join an autonomous team that delivers high-visibility data products and collaborates across AI/ML and product functions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data engineering, strong Python/Spark skills, and experience with PostgreSQL/BigQuery and Airflow in an agile environment. US-based office locations preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/BigQuery and graph databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with distributed computing (Spark) and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and Product teams to deploy features and AI-native products.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in ETL processes and optimize codebase.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation for quality.
• Deliver roadmap tasks end-to-end within two-week sprints.
• Participate in roadmap planning and own major epics over time.
