About The Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to develop and maintain the data platform that supports our Donor and Company Prospecting Tool. This role focuses on architecting scalable data pipelines that consolidate data from SQL databases, third-party APIs, and internal sources. You will build a robust infrastructure designed for growth and future integration with platforms such as Salesforce and Azure. This is a full-time, remote position funded through mid-2027.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a scalable data platform tailored to prospecting and lead qualification needs.
• Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines integrating SQL databases, APIs, and other data sources.
• Consolidate disparate data into a coherent model supporting accurate lead generation.
• Design modular data processes to facilitate future integration with Salesforce and Azure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, product managers, and sales/marketing teams.
• Apply best practices in data management to ensure data quality and streamline workflows.
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability.
• Implement logging and troubleshooting mechanisms for pipeline health.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Data Engineer or similar role focused on scalable data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience integrating data from third-party APIs and multiple sources.
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales automation, lead generation, or lead qualification environments.
• Knowledge of API development for ML/AI feature integration.
• Exposure to cloud data warehousing solutions and interest in future platform integrations.
