Our client seeks a Data Engineer for a remote role.
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms supporting large-scale data ingestion, storage, processing, and analysis. Responsibilities include constructing data lakes and warehouses, optimizing pipelines, and implementing ETL workflows to support analytics, machine learning, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in distributed computing, cloud data architectures (preferably GCP), and modern data processing frameworks. Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Apache Beam), MLOps, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Jenkins) is highly desirable.
This is a contract/temporary role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance ($20,000 benefit).
