About The Role

Corning is developing the future of solar module manufacturing at its Tolleson, Arizona, site and is seeking a Manufacturing Data Engineer to establish the facility’s data, reporting, and analytics foundation. This high-impact role connects data engineering with manufacturing operations. You will develop KPI frameworks and performance reporting that help teams understand results, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions as the site grows.

Working across manufacturing, warehouse, and business functions, you will collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to turn business needs into scalable data solutions. This position is suited to an analytical, hands-on professional who can work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

Support operational excellence through root cause analysis, performance tracking, standardized metrics, and data-informed process improvements. Establish and maintain data governance, quality, and reporting standards so solutions remain consistent, reliable, and scalable.
