Salary: $115,000–$125,000 + 10% Bonus

Overview

We’re looking for a Sr. Data Engineer / Data Architect to join a fast-paced, mid-sized organization where your work will directly impact data strategy and delivery. This is a hybrid role based in North Raleigh, ideal for someone who thrives in smaller, agile teams and wants to help shape the future of data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery using Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL
• Integrate data from systems like SAP and other enterprise applications
• Develop scalable data solutions—not just dashboards—with a focus on data products
• Use Power BI to deliver insights to end users
• Collaborate across teams to evolve the data platform and support analytics initiatives
• Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Fivetran, SQL, AWS, Power BI, APIs
• Experience with DevOps, DBT, and GitOps is a plus

Who You Are

• A creative problem solver with strong communication skills
• Experienced in smaller company environments with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable working in a high-change, fast-paced setting
• Background in supply chain technology is a big plus
• 5–7 years of experience in data engineering or architecture
